Tutor Interest - Step 1

Turning Pages SC provides free reading tutoring to adults in the Midlands of South Carolina.

Our volunteer tutors commit to 24 hours of instruction with their assigned learners. Each week, pairs meet up for one hour at a convenient public partner facility like the Richland or Lexington Library branches. After 24 sessions, you can continue or be released from your commitment.

We're passionate about your growth as a tutor. We offer beginner Tutor Workshops and advanced Tutor Forums for professional development. Each time you're assigned to a learner, you'll also receive a special Curriculum Kit to use with that learner at no cost to you!
